Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it has been processed; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose; to know the third parties to whom it has been transferred domestically/abroad; to request correction if it is incomplete/incorrectly processed; to request its deletion/destruction within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the KVKK; to request that third parties to whom the data has been transferred be notified of correction/deletion operations; to object to the emergence of a result against you through the analysis of processed data exclusively by automatic systems; and to request compensation for damages if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
